Job summary

ATR Americas, Inc. based in Miami is seeking a Material Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of airline customers and act as the primary interface for material support.

You will manage order backlog, monitor performance, and drive commercial opportunities while coordinating with Pricing, Inventory and Logistics teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer support or material management, SAP knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer support, material management, logistics, aviation or related field.
• Minimum 2 years managing customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Aviation industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of airline customers and act as the main interface for material support.
• Monitor backlog, order status, and service levels with regular reviews.
• Identify opportunities to increase spare-parts revenue and cross-sell services.
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with ATR safety and regulatory requirements.
