Job summary

Atlas Air Worldwide is seeking a on-site Materials Site Representative to manage part flow for heavy maintenance and modifications. You will monitor inventory accuracy, coordinate parts with maintenance teams, and guide MRO vendors to ensure on-time aircraft support.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have high school diploma and a basic understanding of aviation supply chain processes.
• Experience in aviation supply chain, production planning, or 3PL with heavy maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate part status for assigned aircraft daily.
• Coordinate parts required for maintenance to meet aircraft schedule.
• Provide on-site guidance to MRO vendors performing material functions for the company.
• Manage returns of serviceable and unserviceable parts to warehouses or vendors.
• Execute material decisions between vendors and Atlas Air.
• Track metrics related to assigned aircraft materials.
• Record materials transactions in the Trax system.
• Arrange timely and cost-effective shipping and ensure proper packaging.
