Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a Supervisor to oversee hourly teams on the airport ramp and baggage systems. You will schedule work, manage safety training, and drive productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supporting site management, resolving employee issues, and maintaining strong customer service and teamwork. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work varied shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years in maintenance with supervisory capacity is preferred.
• Active Driver License required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to lead peers.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight and direction of hourly teams to ensure safety, productivity, and material availability.
• Interact with employee team members to provide support and on-the-job training.
• Develop processes and documentation to support operational activities.
• Lead in absence of the Site Manager and assist as needed.
