Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, general), a high school diploma or higher, and ability to read blueprints; Associate or Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant degrees preferred.
• 3+ years hands-on maintenance experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related fields.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics; strong leadership and organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, scheduling, safety, and materials.
• Provide hands-on guidance and on-the-job training to team members.
• Foster relationships to improve team and customer satisfaction.
• Promote safety culture with new-employee safety training and inspections.
