Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech is seeking a Supervisory professional to oversee airport maintenance services, ensuring safe and efficient operations across shifts. The role includes directing personnel, coordinating work orders, and maintaining high safety and quality standards within an on-site environment at our North American locations.

Responsibilities include training, QA/QC oversight, and ensuring compliance with safety programs while delivering excellent customer service and continuous process

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience is a must.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight and direction to team members to ensure operational excellence, including personnel scheduling, work order, safety, and productivity plans, material availability, and the handling and resolution of employee issues.
• Assist with repairs and contingencies, supervise other staff, perform QA/QC duties, oversee the safety of their shift.
• Fulfill the responsibilities of the Site Manager in the Site Manager's absence.
• Interact daily with team members to provide support and on-the-job training.
• Strive to improve management, team members, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop processes and documentation to support operational activities.
• Comply with and support company safety programs and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
