Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting within luxury hospitality or premium service environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Cabin Server and Cabin Services roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract talent from luxury aviation, hotels, and high-end services.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for VIP-facing and aviation-focused positions.
• Conduct competency-based interviews to assess service standards, discretion and cultural fit.
• Partner with Cabin Services leadership to understand staffing needs and provide hiring recommendations.
• Track recruiting metrics and ensure data integrity in HRIS/ATS.
