Job summary

Xtreme Aviation, LLC is seeking a meticulous Maintenance Planner Associate to support scheduling, preparation, and execution of aircraft maintenance checks in a hands-on hangar and office setting. The role ensures projects are properly planned, resources are available, and departments are prepared for upcoming work.

Responsibilities include coordinating slot calendars, creating work orders, preparing detailed packages, and tracking tasks across teams to ensure on-time, compliant maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft maintenance planning, production control, or logistics.
• Familiarity with Evolve, Asana, or other work management systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to coordinate across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Monitor the slot calendar for incoming maintenance checks and adjust schedules as needed.
• Create work orders in Evolve and Asana.
• Prepare detailed work packages for maintenance projects.
• Evaluate and allocate planned labor hours.
• Identify required materials, tooling, and outside services.
• Submit requisitions and coordinate with Procurement and Logistics.
• Prepare project open and close panel books.
• Update work scopes when customer requirements change.
• Notify departments of incoming projects.
• Keep task cards, project boards, paperwork, and work areas organized.
• Review due and overdue tasks and update Asana with completed work.
