ContourContour Airlines in Smyrna, TN seeks a Supervisor of Maintenance Control to oversee daily maintenance control operations, ensuring FAA compliance and timely issue resolution. You’ll supervise Maintenance Controllers, coordinate with stations and flight operations, and drive accurate documentation across the fleet.

Ideal candidates bring an A&P license, formal turbine training, and 5+ years of maintenance or inspection experience on large jets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Monitor MEL and deferred maintenance items and coordinate with Maintenance Planning.
• Lead and train Maintenance Controllers; ensure accurate maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with line maintenance, dispatch, and other departments to communicate status and issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and on-the-job training is conducted and documented.
