Contour Airlines is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform routine and non-routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on our fleet in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.

The role requires reading maintenance manuals, documenting actions, and communicating with team members and regulators to ensure safe, timely return of aircraft to service. A&P certification and English proficiency are essential; prior airline experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certification required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret FAA regulations, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation in English.
• Proven ability to document maintenance procedures and discrepancies clearly.

Responsabilités

• Read blueprints and maintenance documents to troubleshoot and complete work assignments.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections, maintenance, repairs, and alterations of aircraft to FAA and manufacturer standards.
• Inspect aircraft systems for leaks, cracks, and other irregularities; document actions taken.
• Run diagnostic tests, interpret results, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Safely operate power and hand tools and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain documentation in logs and records as required by FAA and company policy.
