Contour Airlines in Smyrna, TN is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform routine and non-routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on the Contour fleet in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines.

You will read maintenance manuals, document discrepancies, and communicate with team members and regulators to ensure safe, timely return to service. The role requires strong attention to detail and strict adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certification required (U.S. Military experience may be considered).
• Minimum 2 years’ aircraft maintenance experience (commercial, regional, or equivalent military experience accepted).
• Must read and interpret FAA regulations, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation in English.

Responsabilités

• Read and use blueprints, maintenance manuals, ATA codes, illustrated parts catalogs, service bulletins, and other maintenance documents to troubleshoot and complete work assignments.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections, maintenance, repairs, and alterations of aircraft, including engines, power plants, and components, in accordance with FAA, manufacturer, and company standards.
• Document maintenance procedures, discrepancies, and corrective actions in maintenance logs and records, ensuring compliance with FAA and company documentation requirements.
• Run diagnostic tests, interpret results, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
