Job summary

Allegiant is seeking an MX Programs & Compliance Specialist to develop aircraft maintenance programs per MRB, MPD, and AD requirements, and to coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Materials and RC B for regulatory compliance.

The role involves reviewing maintenance data, analyzing program effectiveness, and supporting adjustments to task cards to ensure accuracy and compliance with FAA directives. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Bachelor’s Degree; preferred or equivalent work experience in Aviation Management, Engineering or Analytics.
• FAA A&P airman certificate preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in engineering/maintenance with an air carrier or commercial operator, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop aircraft maintenance programs in accordance with FAA MRB reports, MPD, and ADs.
• Review data from maintenance checks and analyze program effectiveness.
• Support escalation/de-escalation of task cards and adjust instructions for clarity.
• Audit maintenance programs to ensure regulatory compliance and clear instructions.
• Coordinate maintenance program revisions with Quality, Engineering, Materials, Maintenance Planning, and RC B.
