Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Line Technician to support aircraft ground operations, cleaning, fueling, and handling baggage while ensuring safety and service quality.

You will assist flight crews, manage ground support tasks, and operate related equipment in a dynamic, outdoor setting across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, direct interface, over telephone and in writing.
  • Ability to make decisions with multiple objectives and implement in a safe, efficient manner.
  • Follow oral and written directions.
  • Plan and complete assigned duties on a regular schedule.
  • Maintain good working relationships with others.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including overtime when required.
  • Ability to perform a variety of manual tasks including facility cleaning, vehicle washing, aircraft cleaning and vacuuming.
  • Ability to work without direct management supervision.
  • Must be comfortable with working outdoors, day and night hours, and in all weather conditions.

As a Line Technician, you'll help maintain the appearance and readiness of our aircraft while providing outstanding support to flight crews and passengers.
