Job summary

Green Bay Packaging in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a responsible machine operator to support running equipment, setup, operation, quality control, cleanup, and process improvements. You will work with the team to ensure efficient production and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, inspecting tooling, minimizing waste, assisting the operator, and submitting maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year minimum relevant experience preferred.
• Prior experience in the corrugated industry preferred.

• Submit maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs. Complete daily and weekly equipment clean-ups.
• Provide recommendations when necessary for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals. Perform continuous quality control: select material at random to check size, scoring, slotting, material, printing and folding.
• Adhere to GBP quality policy to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
