Amentum is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic-Aviation Life Support Services for Fallon Station to perform organizational and intermediate maintenance on aircraft, components, and survival equipment, including inspections and troubleshooting per IETMS and manuals.

Requirements include PR A School, 3 years of recent experience, corrosion detection, and the ability to obtain a US Secret clearance; duties include preparing, inspecting, and supporting aircrew survival systems and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Shall be a qualified PR “A” School graduate or Air Force school graduate IAW COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 Series.
• Minimum of three years within the last five years practical experience at the organizational or intermediate level is required.
• Must have experience in corrosion detection, treatment and prevention.

Responsabilités

• Perform organizational, intermediate and limited depot level maintenance on aircraft, components and equipment.
• Inspect, test, repair, modify and troubleshoot as required.
• Interpret manuals and directives to perform maintenance.
• Briefs and debriefs aircrew on survival equipment use and condition.
