Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an Aircraft Survival Equipment Technician II to maintain ALSS on F/A-18 variants and inspect life support systems. You will diagnose malfunctions, perform O-Level maintenance, and ensure adherence to NAMP.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in aviation survival equipment, DoD Secret clearance, and experience with oxygen systems, parachute packaging, and paraloft tools. US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years in aviation survival equipment experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Experience with NAMP protocols and oxygen handling safety.
• Proficiency with aircrew survival gear and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform ALSS maintenance, testing, and inspection on aircrew equipment.
• Inspect and pack aircrew escape components and life support items per specs.
• Use test equipment to verify seals, oxygen flow, and configurations.
• Provide fitting and adjustment of tactical flight gear for pilots.
