Job summary

StandardAero in the United States is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to drive employee capability and professional growth through meaningful learning experiences. You will assess business needs, design solutions, and manage the Absorb LMS to support development programs that help employees grow and succeed.

This role focuses on organizational learning, excluding technical repair training. A remote work arrangement may be available depending on business needs and candidate

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in instructional design with learning programs.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning authoring tools.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate needs into practical learning solutions.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning experiences across instructor‑led, virtual, e‑learning, and performance support formats.
• Manage Absorb LMS including course creation, curricula, enrollment rules, troubleshooting, and data integrity.
• Lead learning projects from planning through implementation, managing timelines, communications, and deliverables.
• Build translation and localization of learning content.
