Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Learning Manager to shape the knowledge and skill development landscape. You will design, implement, and oversee comprehensive learning programs aligned with strategic objectives, including curriculum development, training facilitation, and performance evaluation.

You will report to the Sr Director of Engineering Strategy & Integration under Engineering Operations and work on a Hybrid schedule (in-office at least three days/week) from locations such as Phoenix,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in learning and development.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and executive presence.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Ability to drive strategic planning and course level learning assessment to inform learning plan proposal-recommendation.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that align with business objectives.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and performance analysis with stakeholders.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content for learning initiatives.
• Optimize participant learning experience curating and organizing content and learning experiences for targeted audience and performance-based learning objectives.
• Design end to end learning solutions using ADDIE, SAM, or Agile learning models.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop instructor led, virtual, and digital learning assets (eLearning, job aids, simulations, assessments).
• Translate complex technical or business content into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Apply adult learning theory, learning science, and accessibility standards.
• Pilot, evaluate, and continuously improve learning solutions using data and feedback.
