You will design, implement, and oversee comprehensive learning programs aligned with strategic objectives, collaborating with engineering and operations teams across multiple sites.

This role reports to the Sr Director of Engineering Strategy & Integration under Engineering Operations and follows a hybrid schedule (in-office at least three days per week) from Phoenix, AZ or

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in learning and development.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and executive presence.
• Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that align with business objectives.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and performance analysis with stakeholders.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content for learning initiatives.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
• Develop instructor led, virtual, and digital learning assets (eLearning, job aids, simulations, assessments).
• Translate complex technical content into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Apply adult learning theory, learning science, and accessibility standards.
• Pilot, evaluate, and improve learning solutions using data and feedback.
