Job summary

StandardAero seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that build employee capability. You will partner with stakeholders, manage the Absorb LMS, and shape professional development across the organization.

This role focuses on organizational learning rather than technical maintenance training. Remote work may be available; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of instructional design experience with LMS tools such as Articulate 360.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of instructional design experience with best practices.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning tools; ability to translate needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning experiences across ILT, virtual, e-learning, and performance support formats.
• Lead learning projects from planning through implementation with timelines and deliverables.
• ManageAbsorb LMS including course creation, curricula, enrollment rules, and data integrity.
• Build and improve learning intake and ticketing processes using Smartsheet.
• Create documentation and onboarding resources for LMS administrators and end users.
