Job summary

McGee Air Services is looking for a Labor Relations Manager to oversee labor management relations and maintain compliance with collective bargaining agreements. You will act as the liaison with union representatives and help manage grievances and negotiate labor contracts.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of experience in labor relations within aviation or ground handling. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and stand-by travel privileges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of labor relations or employee relations experience, preferably in airline operations.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and collective bargaining practices.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, operationally driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements.
• Manage grievance review board and arbitration preparation.
• Train managers on labor relations practices.
