Job summary

GoJet Airlines seeks a Manager of Labor & Employee Relations to bridge leadership and staff at its HQ in St. Louis, MO. You’ll guide leaders through complex employee matters, navigate labor agreements, and ensure workplace relationships are healthy and compliant with our values.

You will shape our culture, support investigations, and help maintain consistency and fairness across the organization while focusing on trust, respect, and open communication with employees and management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee or labor relations, HR, or related leadership roles.
• Experience managing employee concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and applicable labor and employment laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for employees and managers regarding employee and labor relations matters.
• Advise leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, corrective action, workplace concerns, and other employee relations issues.
• Conduct thorough and impartial workplace investigations and provide recommendations for appropriate resolution.
• Administer and maintain documentation related to FMLA, applicable state leave requirements, and ADA accommodation requests.
• Monitor changes in labor and employment laws and support updates to company policies, practices, and the Employee Handbook.
• Partner with leadership and Human Resources to promote consistent application of company policies and employment practices.
• Assist in developing and delivering training for leaders related to employee relations, compliance, communication, and workplace expectations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations documentation and records.
• Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, workplace culture, and communication.
