Job summary

GoJet Airlines seeks a Manager of Labor and Employee Relations to bridge leadership and staff, guiding investigations, compliance, and policy interpretation. You’ll influence culture, enhance engagement, and ensure fair, consistent treatment across the organization.

You will advise leaders on performance, handle confidential matters, and coordinate training on employee relations, while staying current with FMLA, ADA, and employment laws to protect both employees and the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, HR, or similar leadership roles.
• Experience handling employee concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and related laws and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for employee and management regarding relations matters.
• Advise leaders on performance, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and concerns.
• Conduct thorough, impartial workplace investigations and provide resolutions.
• Administer documentation for FMLA, state leaves, and ADA accommodations.
• Monitor changes in labor laws and update policies and the Employee Handbook.
• Partner with leaders to ensure consistent application of policies and practices.
• Develop and deliver training for leaders on employee relations and compliance.
• Maintain confidential employee relations records and support engagement initiatives.
