Qualifications

• 5+ years of business facing HR experience, including employee relations and HR operations.
• 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing teams.
• Ability to work with salaried and hourly employees.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel ~25%

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to team members and leadership on concerns and conflicts.
• Investigate and resolve workplace issues in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation.
• Mediate disputes and facilitate communication between staff and management.
• Develop HR best practices to promote a positive work environment.
• Partner with labor unions and oversee labor contract compliance and administration.
• Provide guidance on the labor contract and work with union representatives.
• Conduct labor relations training for leadership to foster productive relationships.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and safety standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold data integrity in all processes.
