Job summary

Dynamic Aviation is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional in Bridgewater, VA to provide daily computer support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and assist with onboarding new users. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities within a fast-paced team environment.

The candidate should have an Associate’s degree in a related field and experience with Windows and Office products; professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides computer support via telephone, email and face-to-face contact.
• Troubleshoots computer equipment when problems reported.
• Ensures that all hardware and software are installed and operating properly.
• Assists with onboarding of new users.
• Maintains inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.
• Reports hardware and software issues to vendors and coordinates support.
• Performs timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
• Documents internal procedures.
• Monitors Helpdesk for tickets assigned to the queue and processes first-in first-out based on priority.
• Assists after hours to provide support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
