Job summary

Banyan Air Service is seeking an entry‑level IT Support Specialist to be the frontline for teammates’ technology needs in a fast‑paced aviation environment. You’ll handle helpdesk tickets, imaging laptops, and troubleshoot network and server issues to keep the operation connected.

You’ll gain exposure to desktop, server, and network environments, with room to grow your skills alongside a supportive IT leadership team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent hands‑on IT support experience.
• Certification in Microsoft Windows desktop OS or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and common end‑user applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide tiered helpdesk support via phone, email, and tickets, escalating as needed.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware/software including antivirus tools.
• Build and maintain standard desktop images and configurations.
• Support network environment including Unifi switches, APs, and gateway/firewall.
• Administer Windows Server/Active Directory user accounts and file security.
• Document procedures and onboarding; support IT projects and status updates.
• Participate in nightly/weekend on‑call rotation.
