Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of school with 1-2 years of experience in relevant role supporting multi-national or global organization.
• Professional demeanor and composure to provide exceptional support.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with other team members.
• Experience with Office 365 and maintenance of Microsoft Windows.
• Experience with Quantum ERP, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support service personnel in installation of hardware and peripheral components on user's premises.
• Load specified software packages, such as operating systems, word processing, or spreadsheet programs into computers.
• Verify efficient and effective system operation through commands, observation, and feedback.
• Provide instructions to team members on the appropriate use and maintenance of equipment, software, and manuals.
• Respond to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems.
• Coordinate activities with helpdesk, network services, or other information systems groups.
• Refer major hardware problems to service personnel for correction.
