Job summary

StandardAero, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Sr Pricing Data Analyst to act as the primary administrator of commercial program terms related to credits, fees, and contractual requirements.

You will collaborate with Customer Programs, Finance, Supply Chain and others to generate, submit, and validate reports and ensure financial steps are followed. You will own disputes as primary POC, mentor pricing analysts, oversee pricing, billing, and forecasting, and drive process improvements across

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in financial, accounting, contracting, invoicing, pricing, estimating, or related work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with data entry, sorting/filtering, and basic formulas.
• Experience communicating business information in written and verbal form.
• Experience organizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Experience learning new systems and contributing to process improvements.
• Experience using Power BI dashboards, applying filters and views, and interpreting dashboard data.

Responsibilities

• Own customer dispute resolution and serve as primary POC, handling disputes with CPMs and ensuring financial integrity and customer experience.
• Lead pricing analytics as SME, train and mentor pricing analysts, and establish best practices and templates.
• Oversee pricing, estimating, billing, and financial analysis to ensure accurate estimates and invoicing, forecasting, and targets.
• Track pricing and estimating activities, including initial estimates, updates, and reforecasts aligned with costs and objectives.
• Audit and manage customer billing, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing; support billing reconciliation.
• Support month-end close with estimate reviews, billing reconciliation, revenue analysis, and variance reporting.
• Analyze trends in disputes, estimating, and invoicing; provide feedback and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Program Managers, Operations, Sales, and Product Management for pricing insights and contract interpretation.
• Lead pricing improvements across the team, driving consistency and efficiency.
• Provide backup to Manager, Customer Programs for pricing processes, QDP, and forecasting, and mentor the team.
