Job summary

FTAI Aviation Ltd. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accuracy and traceability of inventory across local stockrooms.

You will execute cycle counts, reconcile records, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with Materials, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure proper receipt, storage, and release of aviation parts. The role requires hands-on experience with cycle counting, aviation parts knowledge, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control or related field.
• Experience with cycle counting and reconciliation.
• Experience with aviation, aerospace, MRO, or aircraft engine parts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and track transactions.
• Experience with serialized or high-value inventory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate routine cycle counts across stockrooms.
• Reconcile physical quantities to system records.
• Investigate variances, shortages, overages, or misplaced material to determine root cause.
• Trace inventory through receiving, inspection, storage, transfers, and issuance.
• Escalate unresolved discrepancies to leadership with proper documentation.
• Maintain inventory adjustments with proper approvals and processing.
