Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking an Asset Control Specialist to manage the turn-in process for aircraft parts, ensure accuracy in FMIS transactions and maintain tight control of quarantine inventory. You will support rail and air logistics, verify part condition codes and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.

The role requires prior warehouse and airline parts experience with at least one year in a Material Specialist capacity, and a strong working knowledge of FMIS and MS Office

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience required.
• Prior parts experience in the airline industry preferred.
• One year experience as a Material Specialist or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate transactions on parts returned to inventory in FMIS.
• Safeguard assets by tracking returned parts and coordinating with customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Create weekly metrics and reports to measure inputs and outputs during turn-in transactions.
• Maintain accurate aircraft records in the parts inventory system.
• Ensure warehouse security and compliance with FAA/DOT requirements.
• Organize quarantine parts area and manage bin locations.
