Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a Material Specialist to manage aircraft parts inventory and distribution, supporting its 135 airlines and 145 MRO operations. You will ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company quality procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration across maintenance teams to safeguard availability and integrity of parts and supplies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years aerospace/aviation materials/stores experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Background check required including verification of employment and education.

Responsibilities

• Identify, control, and maintain aircraft parts and materials for airline and MRO operations.
• Preserve and store inventory items and manage shelf-life-sensitive items.
• Distribute inventory information to other departments as needed.
• Receive and inspect incoming parts with traceability and documentation.
• Adhere to RSQCM Parts-10 procedures in processing parts.
• Identify, quarantine, and dispose of unserviceable or scrap parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and annual inventories.
