Job summary

FTAI Aviation Ltd. in Miami, FL seeks a Stock Room professional to manage parts intake, storage, and movement for the engine shop. You will establish delivery and pickup points, maintain accurate inventory, and coordinate with mechanics and managers.

The role requires forklift operation, organization of received parts, and attention to inventory accuracy. Eligibility to work in the U.S. and fluency in English are essential; lifting up to 50 lbs and routine shop activity are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physically able to lift/move 40 lbs.
• Basic computer skills – Excel, Word, Outlook – and ability to learn other software.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Establish delivery/pick up points for all deliveries.
• Compares invoice with purchase order assuring everything requested is received.
• Organize received parts.
• Ensure inventory is accurate, kept up-to-date and communicate with managers to avoid delays.
• Primary contact for parts movement.
• Pull parts from inventory for work orders.
• Maintain documentation related to parts.
• Receiving and shipping coverage as needed.
• Establish delivery/pickup points for material/parts/tools ordered.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehousing.
