Qualifications

• Two years of experience with supply chain concepts.
• Advanced computer skills and experience using a computer-based inventory tracking system.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid State issued Driver's license.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming parts, verify invoices/packing sheets, and quantities.
• Inspect aviation parts for serviceability and traceability to FAA requirements.
• Package and ship materials, ensuring expiration dates and condition.
• Maintain inventory stock levels and 6S standards in storage areas.
• Perform periodic physical counts and audits to ensure proper quantities.
• Resolve discrepancies between systems and physical counts; adjust as needed.
• Organize stock per zone and FIFO rules; identify obsolete/expired items.
• Process material requisitions and escalate supply issues.
• Provide after-hours/AOG support on a rotational basis.
• Address issues to ensure timely acceptance and payment for materials.
