Job summary

Arora Engineers seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead capital and operating projects in JFK’s redevelopment context. You will act as the primary liaison with clients, teams, and regulators, guiding projects from initiation to closeout while balancing objectives and constraints.

Requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in complex infrastructure environments and compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture from an accredited college or university.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Establish project goals, scope, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain project management plans, execution strategies, and delivery frameworks.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with client goals, operational requirements, and business needs.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones and successful delivery outcomes.
