Woolpert seeks an experienced Construction Manager to join our Construction Engineer & Inspection team supporting aviation projects in the Midwest. You will oversee inspection management, contractor coordination, and client communication for runways, taxiways, aprons, and airfield lighting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 5+ years in construction/project management, and OSHA 10-hour certification.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of construction management or project management experience.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering and land development practices.
• OSHA 10‑Hour Construction Certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience with inspection, observation reporting, and quantity tracking.

Aufgaben

• Oversee construction phase services for aviation projects including inspection management and contract administration.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align goals and expectations.
• Lead field teams, monitor contractor performance, and ensure safety and quality on site.
• Develop meeting agendas, document minutes, and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure accurate as‑built drawings and compliance with contract documents.
