Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a Construction Manager to support its Aviation market in the Midwest. You will oversee construction phase services, coordinate with design engineers and clients, and lead field teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, 5+ years in construction management, and familiarity with FAA specs. Travel ~60% and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction management or project management experience.
• Familiarity with FAA construction specifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver construction inspection and quality assurance for aviation infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate change orders, RFIs, budgets, and schedules with project teams.
• Ensure safety and quality on sites and manage field teams.
