Job summary

Beringer Aero in Greenville, SC seeks an Industrial Operations Manager to lead the US industrial organization, partnering with the French teams to define strategy and stand up processes.

You will head Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Purchasing, scaling a team from four to 15-20 and managing 50-100 vendors while implementing KPIs and a continuous improvement culture. Travel to France is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience
• FAA regulatory familiarity required
• Experience building industrial operations or departments
• Experience managing a multi-vendor supply chain
• Willingness to relocate to Greenville, SC and lead in a on-site capacity

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the industrial organization, processes, and management systems for the US operation
• Lead, develop, and coach functional managers across Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Purchasing
• Partner with the French Engineering and Industrial teams to transfer know-how and best practices to the US
• Drive ERP system implementation and ensure full adoption
• Manage a vendor network of 50-100 suppliers and establish robust purchasing/supply chain processes
• Establish KPIs, performance routines, and a continuous improvement culture
• Anticipate future capacity, workforce, and infrastructure needs
• Support FAA regulatory compliance and represent US in audits and regulatory interactions
