Job summary

Confidential is seeking a proactive financial leader with VP potential to partner with GM, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and marketing on contracts, margins, demand planning, and vendor negotiations.

You will lead initiatives to improve EBITDA, working capital, and process efficiency, including integration of acquisitions and goal attainment across the site. Travel 20–25% in NA.

Qualifications

• BS Finance or Accounting required.
• MBA a plus.
• 8+ years of business experience with financial leadership within a manufacturing business unit.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial accounting and reporting; ensure financial compliance.
• Manage operational accounting; partner with manufacturing and supply chain to understand variances in product cost, OTD, inventory management, capex, demand forecasting.
• Oversee short/long-range strategic planning and budgets.
• Drive financial forecasting and analytics, KPIs, and metrics for revenues and expenses.
• Provide financial analytics and reporting; analyze trend data in key KPIs (revenue, cost of sales, gross margin, expenses, working capital, site P/Ls).
• Collaborate with sales on pricing, margin management, and forecasting.
• Conduct Gemba walks and contribute to process improvements.
• Lead and mentor a team of four direct reports plus staff.
