The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure production, quality, and engineering alignment to meet customer expectations. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years supervisory/production leadership are required, with strong Lean experience and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, quality or similar technical field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience with at least 1 year in production management.
• Strong background in LEAN manufacturing with documented continuous improvement results.
• Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor employee teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional work team to coordinate daily activities and achieve business metrics.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability by overseeing resources and cost control.
• Ensure adherence to business systems and audit team effectiveness against standards.
• Develop plant metrics with Leadership Team and monitor KPI performance daily to monthly.
• Coordinate production, quality, and engineering to meet customer service metrics.
• Provide technical support and supervise professional staff to ensure optimal operations.
• Control budgets and drive cost reductions through lean process improvements.
• Identify priorities for process improvements and execute projects to improve operational performance.
• Oversee headcount and ensure productivity while enabling growth.
• Monitor equipment availability and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
