Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar or regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage airport identification credentials, badges and seals.
• Track employee statuses from training through active employment.
• Support audits and ensure data accuracy and documentation completeness.
• Provide regular reporting on headcount vs badge/seal status and compliance metrics.
• Maintain up-to-date records of badge statuses (active, expired, terminated).
• Coordinate badge/seal renewals and communicate deadlines to departments.
• Ensure compliance with TSA and airport security regulations.
• Assist with front desk and general HR tasks as needed.
• Communicate badge processes clearly to employees and team leads.
