This on-site, part-time position places you at the first point of contact for clientele arriving at the facility, engaging with corporate flight departments and high-profile clients. Ideal candidates bring solid customer service/hospitality experience, a HS diploma or GED, and a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with professional service and assistance
• Making hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
• Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions
• Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met
• Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location. You may be occasionally assigned to another Atlantic location based on geographical proximity as business needs require.
