Job summary

Freeman Jet Center - Laredo is seeking an Aviation Customer Service Representative to deliver elite service to crew and passengers, welcome guests, coordinate concierge needs, and work with ground personnel to ensure services are completed and invoiced.

The CSR role requires strong communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and proficiency with POS and office software. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, a matching 401(k), and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work efficiently to handle payment processing, invoicing, and associated computer entries and paperwork accurately.
• Experience with conflict resolution in a customer service environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Zero-tolerance drug-free employer; includes pre-employment and random screening.

Responsibilities

• Handling and routing telephone calls with customer-oriented level of service.
• Face-to-face interactions with customers during over-the-counter sales.
• Data entry and other computer work, communication with customers via email, track inventory, and process financial transactions via Point of Sale Systems.

The Aviation Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in our daily operations and will provide an elite level of customer service to crew and passengers by providing everything they need to have an extraordinary stay, including a warm welcome and concierge service. The Aviation Customer Service Representative will also collaborate with ground personnel to ensure all ground services are completed and invoiced.

Requirements

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to work efficiently to handle payment processing, invoicing, and associated computer entries and paperwork accurately.
• Experience preferred in providing top-quality customer service in a face-to-face setting.
• Friendly and attentive personality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with conflict resolution in a customer service environment
• Exceptional ability to attend to details
• Computer skills (e.g., POS systems, accounting systems, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask effectively, interacting with customers, answering phones, and attending to computer work.
• Must be able to work Holidays and weekends
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check

CSR Duties Include:

• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by the company’s insurance policy (requires a clean driving record)

Reporting Relationship:

This position reports to the Customer Service Manager

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, to include but not limited to:

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Stand to greet customers during verbal exchanges, walk throughout the facility to interact with customers
• Other duties as assigned by management
