Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks a Guest Experience Specialist in Salt Lake City, on-site. You will warmly welcome guests and crew, coordinate services, and ensure a smooth, memorable visit in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle concierge requests, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional service while maintaining knowledge of facilities and local information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and crews warmly and escort them to entrances, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure services are handled professionally and information is transferred accurately.
• Receive and process guest purchases and fuel transactions.
• Provide concierge services such as hotel reservations, ground transportation, and catering.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature facilities, services, and local information.
