Job summary

Signature Aviation in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crew, coordinate services, and ensure a smooth, memorable visit in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will work varied shifts, including nights and holidays, and collaborate with the Airside Experience Team to arrange catering, ground transportation, and other requests while upholding safety, professionalism, and Signature standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, and airport background check requirements to receive and maintain airport security badge.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to exercise good judgment and follow directions from supervisor/management.
• Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and escort them to the front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure services are handled promptly and courteously.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions in accordance with procedures; may assist with basic accounting tasks.
• Provide concierge services including hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, and customs appointments.
• Address guest inquiries, resolve requests, and handle billing disputes efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature’s facilities, services, and local information for guests.
• Monitor flights and coordinate services with the Airside Experience Team using real-time systems; ensure amenities are provided for departing aircraft.
• Stock and maintain guest area amenities and keep facilities clean.
• Promote and sell Signature’s services and products to passengers and crew.
• Assist crews and guests with luggage and transportation as needed; help pilots access weather information and portals.
