Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Irvine-based, seeks a GSE Level II Mechanic at SNA Airport to repair and maintain ground support equipment, including tugs, belt loaders, and pushbacks. You will perform advanced maintenance and diagnostics, ensuring safety and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.

The role requires 3 years of verified experience, own tools, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• 3 years of verified experience
• Must provide own tools and toolbox
• Regular attendance at job location
• Pass background check and drug screen
• FAA/TSA/Port Authority credentials as applicable
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Service equipment with fuel, water, oil, hydraulic fluid and compressed air
• Log equipment numbers and describe work
• Inspect, maintain and repair engines, transmissions, electrical, brakes, hydraulics
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues
• Operate and test ground equipment for performance
• Complete paperwork and track parts
• Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards
• Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
