PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a GSE Mechanic Level II for the ONT Airport. The role involves repairing and maintaining ground support equipment such as tugs and loaders, with a detailed inspection and troubleshooting scope.

Schedule is Wednesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 AM, with a wage range of $34.50–$35.50 per hour. The position requires 3 years of verified experience, own tools, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• 3 years of verified experience required.
• Must provide their own tools and toolbox.
• Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Service equipment with fuel, water, oil, hydraulic fluid and compressed air.
• Log equipment numbers and describe work performed.
• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, replace, repair or modify engines, transmissions and electrical systems.
• Maintain brakes and hydraulic/pneumatic systems on ground support equipment.
• Diagnose problems using test equipment and manuals.
• Operate and test ground equipment for performance.
• Complete associated paperwork and track parts.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PrimeFlight standards.
