Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a GSE Mechanic Level II in California to repair and maintain ground support equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, pushbacks, and more. The role requires performing advanced maintenance, diagnostics, and safety-compliant repairs while logging work and parts.

Qualifications

• 3 years of verified experience required.
• Must provide own tools and toolbox.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• FAA/TSA/Port Authority credentials eligibility as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Service equipment with fuel, water, oil, hydraulic fluid and compressed air.
• Log equipment numbers with description of work to be done.
• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, replace or repair engines, transmissions, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose problems using test equipment and manuals; repair components.
• Complete associated paperwork and track parts.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PrimeFlight standards.
