Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Ramp Agent in San Francisco to support inbound/outbound aircraft, manage baggage and cargo, and ensure safe, efficient ground operations. You will work outdoors in a fast-paced aviation environment to help flights stay on time.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills for coordinating with flight crews and ground staff.
• Basic math skills for weight and balance calculations.
• Computer systems to track cargo and baggage are used.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Handle baggage, cargo, and mail safely in/out of aircraft bins and carts.
• Safeguard baggage and cargo from weather, loss, theft, or damage.
• Clean aircraft cabins and stock supplies between flights.
• Operate and coordinate with equipment to move luggage and cargo.
• Complete paperwork and enter data into the company system.
• Follow safety procedures and training requirements.
• Be prepared to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
