Job summary

Alliance Ground International seeks a Safety & Training Coordinator to oversee consistent training across stations and support safety initiatives. The role includes coordinating ad hoc training, liaising with insurance on loss control, and tracking injury and liability claims with investigations as needed.

You will analyze station safety data, perform audits, and develop policy recommendations while ensuring OSHA compliance and adherence to company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience performing similar tasks as an operator.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Display math aptitude and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training is performed consistently and conducive to learning.
• Perform ad hoc station training as needed.
• Serve as liaison with insurance company on pre- and post-loss control.
• Maintain information on all injury and liability claims and investigate as necessary.
• Perform statistical reporting and trend analysis at station level.
• Perform internal safety audits at station.
• Develop recommendations for policies and procedure manuals.
• Ensure station compliance with established safety policies and OSHA compliance.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Certification in safety or aviation (preferred)
