Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Fueler to ensure safe and efficient aircraft refueling. You will operate fuel trucks, perform inspections, manage records, and support airport safety and operations.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with benefits such as 401(k) with matching, health and other insurances, paid time off, and opportunities for growth across over 200 locations worldwide.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to access and interpret information on print and electronic devices (IPads/Tablets, Computers, Mobile).
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to acquire required credentials/clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs).
• Aviation company requires flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of fueling transactions.
• Perform daily quality control inspections on equipment.
• Utilize fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts to refuel aircraft.
• Ensure accurate loading and balancing of fuel.
• Conduct defueling procedures as required.
• Exhibit consistent and dependable attendance.
• Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
