Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking an Aviation Fueler to support safe and efficient aircraft refueling at the airport. You will operate fuel trucks, connect hoses, and oversee the refueling process in line with safety and aviation guidelines.

The role requires 18+ years, US work eligibility, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to access and interpret information on print and electronic devices (IPads/Tablets, computers, mobile devices).
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Eligibility to acquire credentials (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs) as applicable.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently conduct fueling operations.
• Maintain accurate records of fueling transactions.
• Perform daily quality control inspections on equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Refuel aircraft using fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts.
• Ensure accurate loading and balancing of fuel.
• Be flexible with shifts and weather conditions.
